Teeth whitening became a fad since the ’90s. Many different people (celebs included) take advantage of teeth whitening. There are many different ways to whiten your teeth. You can professionally whiten your teeth, you can use different tricks and methods to make your teeth whitened at home, you can use gadgets that are sold on Instagram as well. There are quite of few ways to whiten your teeth, and I will begin to tell you different and unique ways.

The first way that you can whiten your teeth is something that is very familiar. You can use oil to whiten your teeth. It’s usually called oil pulling. The practice of oil pulling is using oil (coconut oil) swishing coconut oil in and out of your mouth. The Indians created this trick many years ago. There are a few oils that can do the trick. For oil pulling mainly, they use sunflower or sesame seed oil. Coconut is one of many favorite choices because the taste of this particular oil is good tasting.

The second way to whiten your teeth is to brush your teeth with baking soda. Baking soda can whiten your teeth very well, it’s actually the key ingredient in commercial selling toothpaste. It can scrub away dark and dirty surfaces in your teeth, toothpaste can create an Alkaline environment. There is one study shown that baking soda could help whiten your teeth without hesitation. There are many benefits to using baking soda, but by far is whitening your teeth the best one.

The third way to whiten your teeth is from hydrogen peroxide. People have been using hydrogen peroxide for many years. Hydrogen peroxide has been used to clean teeth and disinfect other things. It can be used for cuts, bruises, and many other things. One way to use hydrogen peroxide is to use it as a mouthwash before you scrub your teeth. You should make sure you use 1.5% or 3% solution mixed in so that you can avoid side effects.

In conclusion, I think all these choices are great. Oil pulling is the best in my opinion, and then brushing with baking soda will come in as second best. I have tried many of these teeth whitening tricks and must I say that they are very helpful. I feel that they help a lot and they are good if you actually use them every day. If you start doing something and then you stop then whatever you have used will stop as well. Continue to whiten your teeth 3-4 a month using these methods. If you use it too much your teeth will lose enamel. If you use it too less your teeth will go back to being yellow. Be careful, and have fun with DIY Teeth whitening.
